As we wind down 2017, I thought I’d give a quick recap on the top ten most popular articles in our RNT Education section (each title is hyperlinked):

    1. Shyam Kotecha 15 Week Case Study: From Chubby City Worker To Photoshoot Lean

If you’d like read a step-by-step case study on how to go from out of shape to lean while working a Finance job in the city, check this out. This was our most popular article in 2017 by a mile, and I think it’s due to the fact so many of you could relate to Shyam’s story and struggles throughout the process.

    2. The Vadher’s 16 Week Transformation! Part 1: How Gita Got Abs As A Mother Of Two At The Age Of 40!

I’m not surprised that the top two spots are occupied by case studies. The level of detail and transparency I’ve put into these articles is something I haven’t seen from anyone else, so it’s definitely a theme I’m going to continue heading into 2018. If you want to read how Gita got abs with two young children and a busy job, check this out. The level of determination she showed was admirable.

    3. Akash Vaghela’s 2017 Bodybuilding 21 Week Prep Write Up

My own bodybuilding prep was a big part of my year, and this was written in diary-style format where I documented every single part of my life during the 21-week transformation. It was updated live and released on a biweekly basis, as I wanted people to see what it was like to not just get lean, but completely shredded.

    4. The Ten Best And Fastest Muscle Building Breakfasts

The main qualification for this article was simple: the breakfast had to be high in protein and fast to make. If it wasn’t quick, it wasn’t on the list. With how rushed most people are in the morning, the recommendations here provided a lot of value in ideas on how to make breakfast choices more interesting.

    5. The Ultimate Fat Loss Supplement Stack

This article delves deep into some of our favourite supplement protocols to blast away stubborn fat. We cover the benefits and uses of caffeine, Yohimbine HCl and some other stronger fat burners that may be useful tools in your arsenal during a hard diet.

    6. Stop Messing Up Your Peak Week

With so many people messing up all their hard work during the final week before a physique show, photoshoot or holidays, this was an article that needed to be written. If you’ve got plans for any big events in 2018, read this. The take home message is that if you’re lean, you’re lean! Fancy tricks and methods a few days before the deadline won’t help, and in most cases, will make you look worse.

    7. 6 Ways To Sleep Smarter And Faster If You Sleep 6 Hours Or Less

So many of our clients have busy lives working long hours, looking after families and regular social commitments that often puts sleep lower on the priority list. We’d all like more sleep, but life isn’t always that kind. So we need to maximise the time we do spend in bed by improving our quality of sleep. If you’re someone who’s never getting enough sleep, read this.

8.Hunger Tricks: Seven Ways To Reduce Hunger and Cravings When Dieting

Hunger is a necessary evil in dieting. There’s no way around it if you want to maximise fat loss and get lean. Luckily, there are some strategies to make hunger slightly easier to handle, and we’ve got you covered here with seven simple tricks to try.

9.The Fat Loss Game Changer: Track Your Steps To 10x Your Results

The impact increasing and maintaining a high level of NEAT is so underrated. If you’re someone who works a desk job, chances are you’re not moving much. And this lack of movement is what many people commonly confuse with their ‘slow metabolisms’. In reality, they just don’t move enough. To learn why it’s so critical, and how to implement more movement into your day, read this.

    10. Post-Contest Rebound: Why Does It Happen And What You Should Do Instead

There’s no worse feeling than dieting hard for 16-20 weeks and get into the shape of your life, only to reverse it all within a few weeks. Not only can it affect you psychologically, but it has physiological consequences too that can make dieting next time harder. This was part one of a three part series covering everything you need to know about how to approach the ‘post diet’ phase. A must read for anyone coming to the end of their diets soon.

We hope you’ve enjoyed the content from RNT so far.
