    Yesterday I was in the studios recording two videos I think you’re going to love.

    The first is a blend between the ins and outs of our Five-Phase Methodology, coupled with a recap of our Awards night.

    The second is a step-by-step blueprint to lose your first 5-10lbs in the first 4 weeks of 2025.

    Right now we’ve got loads of RNTers hitting photoshoots before Christmas, which is pretty cool to see.

    It’s the perfect time to double down on accountability and start 2025 strong.

    Speaking of which, the deadline for the first cohort of the New Year is this Monday.

    3 Ways To Feel, Look & Perform Better


    1. Which supplements are worth it?

    When I think back to all the money I’ve wasted on supplements, it fills me with dread. I used to have cabinets dedicated to it.

    These days I’m completely the opposite, with my staples being:
    • Vitamin D3
    • Protein powder
    • Multivitamin
    • Creatine monohydrate
    • Omega 3s
    Most days I’ll forget to take the bottom two. If I train fasted, I drink BCAAs during the workout. That’s it!

    2. 90 Day Sit Down

    At the end of each quarter, I sit down to ask myself:
    • What’s working well?
    • What’s not working well?
    • Where do I need to course correct?
    The 3 questions are directed towards 3 key areas of my life:
    • Health
    • Work
    • Relationships
    Based on my answers, I then like to set 1-3 tangible processes or goals in each domain to help me stay focused. 

    I run a version of this at the end of the year too, so I’m staying true to living a life by design, not default.

    3. How to flex your abs in 3 simple ways

    One of the most common questions we get is:

    “How do I flex my abs / stomach in the best way?”

    Having been at 100s of shoots over the past decade, I’ve found 3 things to work to showcase your abs:
    • Breathing out
    • Coughing
    • Laughing
