    INGREDIENTS:
    Chicken 500 grams
    Tablespoon and half of low fat Greek yogurt
    1 tsp of turmeric
    1 tsp of garam masala
    1 tsp of red chilli powder
    Garlic and ginger mince 1 tablespoon or more of you like
    Mince green chilli (if you like it hot)
    Salt to taste
    Natural food colouring check Tesco or amazon
    METHOD OF COOKING:
    1. Cook at 200c for 20 mins
    2. 250c on broil for another 10 mins. Or until slightly crispy.
    3. Squirt lemon juice
    4. Add chopped onions and cilantro
    5. Serve with rice or make a wrap !
