INGREDIENTS:
Chicken 500 grams
Tablespoon and half of low fat Greek yogurt
1 tsp of turmeric
1 tsp of garam masala
1 tsp of red chilli powder
Garlic and ginger mince 1 tablespoon or more of you like
Mince green chilli (if you like it hot)
Salt to taste
Natural food colouring check Tesco or amazon

METHOD OF COOKING:
- Cook at 200c for 20 mins
- 250c on broil for another 10 mins. Or until slightly crispy.
- Squirt lemon juice
- Add chopped onions and cilantro
- Serve with rice or make a wrap !
