    INGREDIENTS:
    2 filets of white fish
    1 tbs of low fat yogurt
    2 tbs of garlic/ginger mince
    1 tsp of chilli powder
    1 tsp of carom/ajwain seeds
    1 tsp of curry powder
    salt to taste
    1 tsp of turmeric
    METHOD OF COOKING:
    1. Mix well and rub on both sides of fish
    2. Leave for 30 mins
    3. Bake at 180 for 20 mins, squeeze lemon on top
    4. Spray a pan with oil spray
    5. Throw in some minced garlic, cook till fragrant, add spinach, pinch of salt
