INGREDIENTS:
2 filets of white fish
1 tbs of low fat yogurt
2 tbs of garlic/ginger mince
1 tsp of chilli powder
1 tsp of carom/ajwain seeds
1 tsp of curry powder
salt to taste
1 tsp of turmeric

METHOD OF COOKING:
- Mix well and rub on both sides of fish
- Leave for 30 mins
- Bake at 180 for 20 mins, squeeze lemon on top
- Spray a pan with oil spray
- Throw in some minced garlic, cook till fragrant, add spinach, pinch of salt
