INGREDIENTS:
200g white potato
Sprinkle of Coriander
1/2 tsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Sauce:
1 tbs Soy sauce
1 tbs Franks hot sauce
1 tbs Skinny ketchup
Pinch black pepper
Pinch chilli flakes
Sprinkle of Coriander

METHOD OF COOKING:
- Wash and slice potatoes
- In a mixing bowl add little olive oil and salt to the potatoes
- Bake in oven / turn until Crispy golden
- While the chips are being baked in the same mixing bowl add wet/ dry sauce ingredients and repeat if need more sauce.
- Once your chips are golden add to the sauce mix and sprinkle with coriander.
