INGREDIENTS:
600g chicken breast
2tbsp Levi Roots jerk seasoning
2tsp chopped thyme
2 spring onions
1tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp honey
1/2 lime

METHOD OF COOKING:
- Chop breast into pieces
- Mix marinade together and season
- Rub marinade over chicken
- Marinate in fridge overnight / 3 hours if possible
- Oven to 170 degrees
