How you start your journey is critical for long-term success. Phase One of our Transformation Journey is Cleaning the Palate (CTP), which is all about regaining control of your day, setting up your structure, strategy and systems, and building the foundations for success both in the short and long term. The best analogy is one described in my book, which is one of a house, and phase one is where you lay down your foundational bricks for a fruitful future.
