On this episode I’m joined by RNTer Poonam Patel, who’s been on an incredible journey whereby she’s shed the skin of her old self to transform into a new woman with a new behaviour, mindset and identity. Losing near 30kg en route to her checkpoint, consolidating well and investing while using the physical as the vehicle, Poonam embodies everything about our transformation ethos, and is why I always say that the reason everyone should transform is because quite simply, you owe it to yourself.
