METHOD OF COOKING:
- Pulse a tomato in a blender with some onions garlic and ginger paste.
- Heat oil in the pan with some mustard seeds until they start popping
- Add in the tomato mixture with quorn along with a few spices – black pepper, turmeric, coriander
