Having discovered a love for health and fitness at the young age of 15, Chloe has been practising what she preaches for 8 years. Using this passion, alongside her interest in science, she decided to take her knowledge to the next level by studying nutrition and exercise science at university and ever since then has worked in the industry as a fitness instructor, personal trainer, nutritionist and now online transformation coach. As a vegan and female who enjoys lifting weights and strength training, there are niche areas that she can provide additional support with. Her goal is to make use of her knowledge to transform as many lives as possible, hence why she took on the role as a coach with RNT.
