    Heads up! 

    We only have capacity to enroll 75 new members at RNT in January.

    Our last cohort was in mid November, so we’ve been busy over Christmas getting ready to provide an exceptional service to our 2025 starters.

    Protecting the experience for our members is very important to us - so we are careful with capacity. 75 is 75.

    This isn’t fake scarcity - every cohort we open sells out. 

    There are now only 15 positions available, with the deadline to apply on 14th January (or if we sell out before). After this, applications will be closed until further notice.

    3 Ways To Feel, Look & Perform Better Starting In 2025

    1. Your first 5-10lbs

    To nail your first 5-10lbs, you don’t need to do anything crazy.

    You simply need to nail a few things done well.

    It doesn’t involve crazy meal plans, calorie counting and certainly no supplements.

    2. My flat white habit!

    I love a good oat flat white! I’m not dieting right now so I have more flex, but damn… the avg medium flat white can be ~200 calories.

    Multiply that across the week and you’ve got nearly 1500 calories in just coffees.

    This is an easy place to get caught up in… so if you’re trying to lose weight in 2025, check what’s in your morning brew!

    3. Out of sight, out of mind…

    The fastest way to clean up your diet is to clean out your cupboards.

    It sounds so simple, but having the discipline to literally throw out the junk can help beat the late night snacking trap.

    Especially when you’re exhausted from the day.

    Yes, this is me speaking from experience…

    Top tip for today: raid your cupboards and throw the crap out!
