    All 75 positions for our January cohorts have been secured.

    The third and final cohort will kick off on Monday 20th January.

    Huge congratulations to all the new RNTers at the start line of their transformation journey!

    From Monday, they’ll enter the infamous Cleaning The Palate Phase.

    The goal is simple: to build the right 3Ss (structure, strategy and system) for success.

    That means getting the right habits in place, building an easy-to-follow routine, and building some early momentum.

    Most RNTers lose 4% body weight in the first 4 weeks.

    This first phase is the foundation of all to come - and is the key to being able to use the physical as the vehicle to do things they never thought possible.

    3 Ways To Feel, Look & Perform Better Starting In 2025

    1. “You can have excuses or results, not both.”

    Whether you’re sick, tired, injured or going through some personal hardships…

    I can’t think of a situation where eating well, moving your body and doing your best to get some sleep would make things worse.

    The question to ask is:

    “What is within my control and how can I make the most of it?”

    Feeling sick or rundown? Saying that you can only stomach “comfort food” is nonsense. 

    You’re lying to yourself. In no universe is cake superior to fruits and vegetables when it comes to your recovery!

    Here’s your 3 step action plan for when sh*t hits the fan:
    • Don’t be a victim to your circumstances.
    • You are ALWAYS in control over what you consume.
    • Communicate with a friend or peer to come up with a game plan. 

    2. The 3 Water Bottle Trick

    I often get asked how to drink 2-3 litres of water in the day. Especially in the winter. Instead of creating weird systems that don’t work, I like one simple trick:

    Fill 3 x 1 litre bottles at the start of the day, make them visible, and make sure they’re finished by dinner time (to avoid peeing at night!)

    It’s important the bottles are where you spend most of your day (like your desk), else it won’t work. If you want to even add a litre to your day, try it with one bottle!

    3. Fast Vs Sustainable Mindset

    When you stop worrying about how fast your results are, and instead worry about how sustainable your results are… you only have to create that result once.

    This simple mindset shift can totally change your health and fitness approach.
