Transformation Thursday: Chandni’s journey from “chubby” to champion 🥇

    Last week we hosted a workshop with most of our UK Team…

    We covered a bunch of topics brainstorming ways to improve our service, experience and overall results for our members…

    Whilst also including pop quizzes and games where the wrong answer meant forfeiting to Apple Cider Vinegar shots, bites of raw lemons and eating teaspoons of raw cinnamon powder…! (Thanks Ed!)
    One particular session I found really interesting was on personality typing, using the Five Institute Vitality Test here (it’s free!).

    I’m a geek on all things personality profiling and testing… so understanding how different personalities can impact team dynamics and communication is always cool.

    If you take the test and you’re wondering where I sit on the elements, here’s a screenshot:
    Interestingly - and a good sign, is the core team I work with most closely on a day to day basis are dominant in totally different areas!

    I’m looking forward to more events this year - including a members only Void workshop in London.

    Also - I’m taking the (a lot of) requests to visit the USA seriously… having drawn up a potential draft of what it could look like.

    For now, let’s dive into this week’s Transformation Thursday…
    Chandni grew up with the nickname ‘jadi’ which in Gujarati means "chubby,"

    All her life she had allowed that label to shape her self-image.  

    But here's the truth: labels are meant to be challenged and overcome! 

    Before RNT, she thought she had no control over her weight and it was all down to her genes. 

    But then, when she came across RNT and saw the results other women like her had achieved, her eyes were opened..
    No longer would she let that nickname define her. 

    For her RNT became the path to empowerment and self-love. 

    Fast forward to today and Chandni is a whole new person. 

    Other people’s opinions don’t trouble her and she has the confidence to blaze her own path. 

    Her career is on the rise and her productivity levels are shooting through the roof.
