    The end of January always signals one of three things for transformations:
    • You’re close to the gold standard 4% bodyweight down in 4 weeks.
    • You started well but have either fallen off or you’re about to.
    • You’ve yet to decide when you’re going to start.
    Good news is you’re not too late; January/February is still one of the best times of the year to get started on a transformation:
    • Socially, chances are you’re going to know a few people on a health kick.
    • Physically, you probably aren’t enjoying the extra few lbs carried from 2024.
    • Mentally, your energy, confidence and clarity isn’t where you know it could be.
    So what does this mean?

    Well, I have even better news. The doors for our February cohorts are now open, with only 30 positions available throughout.

    3 Ways To Feel, Look & Perform Better


    1. Structure = Freedom

    One of the biggest false economies is thinking working out or meal prepping means you can’t get as much work done.

    The irony is…The fitter you are, the more effective you become. You carry less “operational drag” around with you.

    Personally, I find my biggest problems get solved when I make more time to train. The first thing to do is ring fence time in your day to make it happen, else it never will! 

    2. Win The Mornings

    I was speaking to a group of our members who were struggling with missed workouts. 

    When work gets busy and/or the kids are back home, it can be tough to get your cardio/steps/training in.

    I had a simple suggestion, “Have you tried first thing in the morning?”

    If you don’t have much control of your schedule, or you’re stuck in a commute, it’s the best way to go. 

    3. Is It Calories In Calories Out?

    We all know it’s calories in, calories out. Eat less, move more. So why is it so damn hard for high performers to lose weight (and keep it off)?

    I like to think weight loss (and maintenance) is 10% training, 40% nutrition and 50% managing your stress and emotions.
