    The clock’s ticking…

If you’ve been sitting on the fence, wondering when to start working on yourself, this is your sign.

Our next RNT cohort kicks off on Monday 28th April, and the deadline to join is Tuesday 22nd April.

That means you’ve got less than a week to lock in your place and start the journey that could completely change your body and your life.

No more guessing. No more spinning your wheels. Just a proven structure, expert coaching, and real, lasting results.

With that said, let’s dive into this week’s Transformation Thursday newsletter …

3 Ways To Feel, Look & Perform Better

    1. Mastering Social Meals

Eating out doesn’t have to be your downfall.

One simple yet powerful strategy is to own the moment, don't let it own you.

Here’s how: before any restaurant, event, or social gathering, decide your outcome.

Are you there to eat… or to connect with others? When you shift the focus from food to people, the pressure eases and better choices follow naturally.

Most people don’t actually care what’s on your plate, only what’s on theirs.

So skip the guilt, hold the line on your goals, and make the occasion about the company, not the calories.

This mindset shift alone can be a game-changer for staying on track, social, and stress-free.

    2. Keeping Fit When You’re Pressed For Time

No time for the gym? No problem.

You don’t need hours, you need structure.

With just three focused 45 minute resistance workouts a week (at home or in the gym), you can build strength, boost your energy, and stay in control of your health.

Stick to compound movements like squats, push-ups, and rows.

Add a resistance band to your bag for on-the-go training if you travel often.

    Or if that’s too much?

Break it up into 10 minute workouts. Sometimes 10 minutes is better than doing nothing.

    3. Use A Logbook To Stay Sharp

When fatigue creeps in, or life is busy, it’s easy to take your foot off the gas in the gym.

That’s where a logbook becomes your secret weapon.

By tracking your lifts week to week, you hold yourself accountable to your past performance and stop letting effort slide.

Last week you hit X? This week, you aim to beat or maintain it.

Because strength = muscle retention and longevity.

In the podcast this week, it’s all about excuses…
