    INGREDIENTS:
    150g Chicken
    Breadcrumbs
    150g mixed pepper stir fry ( Asda)
    Katsu curry sauce (Asda)
    Dark and light soy sauce
    40g uncooked rice
    METHOD OF COOKING:
    1. Coat chicken in breadcrumbs and place in over at 200°C for about 30-40 mins. Keep checking to ensure it is cooked through.
    2. Stir fry the mix veg in a pan and cook for about 5 minutes. Add soy sauce as per liking and cook for a further minute.
    3. Heat katsu curry sauce in a pan until hot.
    4. Serve hot.

    Are there any general substitutions that can be made? (vegetarian or meat options, depending):
    Can use butternut squash. May need to cha he how long it is baked for.
