After battling alcohol addiction, binge eating and low self-esteem for many years, all stemming from different experiences in her childhood, Katie decided enonugh was enough towards the end of 2023.
Having come across RNT on Instagram, she was intrigued by our holistic, long-term approach, with an emphasis on breaking bad habits to not only get in shape, but stay in shape.
In this episode Katie is no holds barred in her experience of changing her entire lifestyle to look, feel and perform at her absolute best, and totally changing her relationship with alcohol, food and most of all, herself.
