INGREDIENTS:
118g almond meal
15g cacao powder
50g protein powder
1tsp baking powder
1tsp vanilla extract
2tbsp almond milk
2tbsp sweet freedom vanilla syrup
41g coconut oil
13g dark chocolate pieces

METHOD OF COOKING:
- Preheat Oven to 190 degrees
- Mix dry ingredients together first
- Add in the wet ingredients gradually and keep stirring
- Knead the dough for a couple of minutes
- Then knead in the chocolate pieces
- Divide into 10 balls and place on greaseproof paper/cookie tray (leave space for expansion)
- Press gently to make slightly flat
- Cook for 10 mins and remove from oven to cool
