100g Jumbo Porridge Oats
1 ripe banana (100g)
40g @herbalifeuk Triblend Select Banana Protein Shake Mix
2 tsp Baking Powder
1tsp Maca Powder (optional)
15ml @sweetfreedomuk Light Syrup
250ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
6 rashers @this.uk This Isn’t Bacon Rashers
80g banana caramelised, made with @sweetfreedomuk Light Syrup

1 ripe banana (100g)
40g @herbalifeuk Triblend Select Banana Protein Shake Mix
2 tsp Baking Powder
1tsp Maca Powder (optional)
15ml @sweetfreedomuk Light Syrup
250ml Unsweetened Almond Milk

METHOD OF COOKING:
- Blend the oats to grind them into a flour.
- Add in all the remaining pancake ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Cook the pancakes on a low-medium heat for a few minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Cook the “bacon” as per the instructions on the packet.
- Slice a banana in half lengthways and rub a little Sweet Freedom Light Syrup on the inner flesh. Caramelise inner flesh side down in a frying pan on medium heat.
- Stack the pancakes and top with the “bacon” rashers, caramelised banana and maple syrup. Enjoy! #dumbbellsandoats
