The gyms closing over the pandemic led Bhavesh to develop some unhealthy habits.

Suffering from a back injury which only made matters worse for him.

“I’ve always been into training/fitness but never really had structure to my regime.

“While gyms were closed during the covid-19 pandemic I’d put on a lot of weight and developed unhealthy lifestyle habits.”

Before COVID, he had always tried to keep active but never continued with any programme long enough to see results.

Bhavesh needed structure and routine.

“I wanted to set an example for my two young boys and I wanted to have the energy/strength and stamina to play with them.”

He wanted guidance and accountability to stay on track if he wanted sustainable results.

“My biggest problem was discipline and structure. I could do something for a few weeks/months but spun my wheels as I wasn’t seeing results.”

This is when Bhavesh decided to start RNT.

“The biggest challenge for me was learning how to put my health/fitness first whenever life got in the way. That could be family, holidays, work, injuries..etc.

“Before there was always an excuse but having a coach that I could lean on for support helped massively.

“These non-negotiables mean I have greater focus/energy on other aspects of my professional and personal life.

“Prioritising and planning my workouts, cardio, steps, food, social events and everything else has allowed me to remove decision fatigue from day-to-day decisions.”


Most importantly, he has inspired his kids to live healthier and keep active.

Nutrition, steps and exercise have become second nature for the whole family!

“Everything I’ve learnt here has been generational and my kids have picked up on the fact that we walk more, exercise and eat balanced meals throughout the week…these are things I certainly was not educated on at their age.”
