INGREDIENTS:
1 Large Egg
35g ON Vanilla Whey
50ml Skimmed Milk
1 Pinch Bicarbonate of Soda
3 Sprays of 1 Cal Oil
100g Strawberries
50g Oppo Salted Caramel Ice Cream
1-2tsp Cinnamon

METHOD OF COOKING:
- Whisk up the first four ingredients. The Bicarbonate helps the pancakes become a little more fluffy.
- Fire up a pan with 3 sprays of oil and then cook the pancakes on a medium heat. No need to add more oil after each pancake.
- Dust with cinnamon or nutmeg after loading up 50g worth of Oppo.
Are there any general substitutions that can be made? (vegetarian or meat options, depending):
If carbs are really tight then you can easily remove 1/2 of the Strawberries or some of the ice cream (although that would be a bad decision! )
