INGREDIENTS:
2-3 chopped garlic
1 chopped onion
Tinned tomatoes
600g Chicken breast
Fresh coriander
1 cup water
Spices: paprika, turmeric, coriander, cumin, aniseed

METHOD OF COOKING:
- Using fry light oil, fry the onions, aniseed and garlic together until they simmer
- Add chicken and fry for a few minutes with a cup of water added
- Add spices and stir it into the chicken
- After 5 minutes, add tinned tomatoes
- Close lid and simmer for 20 minutes on a medium heat
- High heat for 5 minutes
- Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes, add fresh coriander
