    INGREDIENTS:
    1 Courgette

    Bolognese;
    Tin tomatoes
    750g 5% mince (150g portions)
    1 Onion
    3 Garlic
    1 tbsp Tomato purée
    Splash of Balsamic Vinegar
    Salt & Pepper
    METHOD OF COOKING:
    1. Cook Bolognese
    2. Once cooked, mix with 1 courgette spiralized with a portion of bolognese and optional cheese
    3. Bake in the oven
