50ml natural yogurt

METHOD OF COOKING:
- Using a single wholewheat tortilla, cut the wrap into quarters.
- Minimally fry all veg with one spray oil and indian spices, and place into four cones,
- Bake at 180 degrees for twenty minutes.
- Serve with fresh green chutney (blitzed coriander, chilli, red pepper, and lime) and 150g chicken breast with a 50ml natural yogurt tikka marinade.
