When I was first introduced to RNT I was a bit skeptical about signing up, especially having tried other online personal trainers before with little success.
I was going through the usual frustrating cycle of losing some weight and gaining it back quickly and was never really satisfied with my results.
One of the first things I noticed was the amount of transformations RNT produced with people who I would consider to be in similar situations to myself; busy work schedule and frequent social events. I thought if all of these guys can do it, I’m sure I can too. So I decided to bite the bullet, sign up and go all in.
I was given my meal plan and workout schedule which was easy to follow and could adjust with the spreadsheet. RNT was always on hand whenever I had a question about nutrition, planning around a social event and even they gave me that extra kick when I was looking for excuses to stray away from my meal plan! I could tell from the start these guys knew what they were talking about and I noticed the body fat falling quickly, and in the first 3 months I lost around 12kg. I took a break for 2 months for personal reasons and even though I tried to stick to the meal plan and training on my own there were no changes in my weight or physique. I had to sign back up. They knew exactly what to change and got me to be in the best shape I have ever been in.
I lost a total of 17kg and gained some muscle too, I could not be happier with the results. It proved to me that having that accountability and knowledge really helps to fast track results.
One of the best things about RNT is the educational aspect. All of the Instagram posts, podcasts and case studies help give you that extra drive to get up, get your steps in and hit the gym. It has helped to clear up so much of the confusion that surrounds the fitness industry and I know I can utilise what I have learnt going forward.
If you have any hesitations about online personal training and the quality I can assure you RNT is up there with the best. If you trust what they say and stick to the plan – you will get the results you are after.
