To be honest I was quite apprehensive about an online personal training programme and how the accountability would all be on me. Saying that, I’d tried ‘real life’ personal trainers before and was only committing to those few hours each week.
I’d seen the results RNT were getting and personally knew one couple who had been incredibly successful. This gave me the push to sign up in the new year and I accepted that this was a true lifestyle change not just an hour or two of exercise each week. It was difficult to really predict what this meant until I got stuck in.
Throughout my journey, the RNT team was very supportive. I had prompt answers to all my questions and my technique was reviewed through the videos. RNT was able to help me build my programme and diet around my work, family and social commitments. This helped me make better choices while eating out and adjust my meal plan accordingly, It meant I was able to consistently see the results. The art of buffering really is key!
I am ecstatic with my results. Around 10kg down in weight, stronger and more toned than ever before (including pre-kids)! I feel great and couldn’t recommend RNT highly enough!
