How Krupa Escaped The Restrictive Diet Cycle And Changed Her Life Before 40

Krupa was close to 40 and frustrated with her body.

It seemed like no matter what she did, she couldn’t get the physique she wanted and shed the pounds.

Stress and emotional eating often sabotaged her efforts, leading her to binge and then restrict her diet… and the yo-yo cycle continued.

“I tend to stress eat and when I wanted to look good for something I would not eat and then binge eat and repeat. I also never truly understood what to eat to gain muscle and how much.”

Krupa was taking group workouts and had a good routine but it didn’t seem to make a difference.

She felt like maybe she just didn’t have a body type that would ever look toned and lean.

Deciding to Change

After seeing the RNT transformation results on Instagram, she became intrigued by the program.

“I had learned about RNT a year before starting through a doctor I followed on Instagram.”

“I thought his journey was really interesting so I always had RNT in the back of my head.

“At that point, I was doing class workouts and was happy with my routine but was not getting the results that I wanted.”

She felt like she was putting in a lot of effort but not seeing any results for it.

After one more year of trying and failing to lose weight, Krupa thought that she would finally turn to RNT for help.

With her 40th Birthday coming up, Krupa was ready to go all in to see results and feel amazing in her body.

“I decided to join at the beginning of this year because I am turning 40 in December.

“I was ready to see the changes to my body that I should be seeing from the level of effort that I was putting in at the gym.”

With the thought of a new life and a fresh start, she booked a call and began her RNT transformation.

Starting her Journey

Krupa loved the consistency that RNT gave her.

Throughout the RNT process, Krupa began to transform her habits and dedicated time to her meals and exercise.

Without even realising it, she was becoming a better version of herself every day.

“I never thought that I could be that person who can go to the gym each week and do the same routine and not get tired of it, but here I am six months in.

“There is so much hard work and dedication to see results.”


Her relationship with food was her biggest battle.

Krupa needed to address her stress and emotional eating if she wanted a sustainable lifestyle to keep her weight loss.

“The hardest part is the bad relationship that I have with food.

“It’s been a learning experience, to say the least. From the food to the portions to the weight training, to my body’s reaction.

However, the support from her Coach and the RNT community kept her on the right path to avoid returning to her old eating patterns.

As she progressed and results started to show, Krupa knew that trusting the process was the best thing she ever did!


Hard Work Pays Off

Staying disciplined and accountable was the key to her results.

“The hardest part is discipline. It’s easy to fall back to old and poor routines so understanding the steps you need to take to stay on track is key.

“For me, that’s meal prepping and checking in plus the Sunday pics. When I am doing that above I am usually a lot more disciplined.”

So far, Krupa has lost 5kg and her physique has totally transformed.

“Seeing the changes in my body week over the weeks is so encouraging. I look at before and afters and am amazed and proud of how far I’ve come.”


Her weight loss is just the start of her fitness journey.

Krupa has created a new lifestyle where she never needs to worry about unhealthy weight gain again.
