How Dentist and Father of Two Ankush Changed His Lifestyle and Became The Picture of Health

The Wake-Up Call

Dentist Ankush was a father of two and didn’t pay much attention to fitness in his 30s.

Throughout his life, he has dipped in and out of fitness with little to no change in his physical appearance.

After having his kids, Ankush had given up trying and let life take over.

Parenting his children alongside his dentistry career led to a busy schedule.

Ankush didn’t think that he would have the time for exercise.

But after a trip to Bali for a family holiday, Ankush had a horrible wake-up call.

He was so unhappy whilst looking at the photos of himself that he realised he needed to make a change.

“I was looking at the pictures of myself and looking at something that I wasn’t really happy with. This was the point where I felt like I needed to have a change. Not only for myself but for my two kids.”

Ankush realised that his body was no longer what it used to be and his health had been neglected alongside it.

This was the catalyst for his fitness journey.

If not for himself, for his two kids.

Ankush realised that living an unhealthy lifestyle would negatively impact his kids. He wanted to create memories with them and have the energy for them at the end of the day.

He also didn’t want his kids to pick up any unhealthy habits from his parents.

Starting the Journey

The problem before discovering RNT was that he never knew what direction to take.

Ankush is loving his new lifestyle having lost 17.5 kg of body weight.

Not only does he have defined muscles and six-pack abs to show for it, but his journey has helped him in so many other ways…

The structure of the RNT Method had improved his mental health and his confidence by a mile.

Ankush now had energy and enjoyed healthy living.

“We’re always striving to look the best, getting the six-pack etc. But it’s also helped me with my mental health, and making the right food choices.”


Even during social events, he was now more present and focused on the people he met.

“It’s also helped in terms of social situations. I’m not just going for the food but I’m also going to be present. Not just having alcohol as a solution for the event I’m going to but also to engage with people positively.”
