I came across RNT a few years ago. I had finished an intense 6 month period of studying and to be honest, maintaining an exercise and nutrition regime was the last thing on my mind. I’d let myself go, but had booked a beach holiday with friends. I was self conscious about my appearance and I needed to take action.
By the time I was introduced to RNT I had 18 days left. I had never used PTs before and was sceptical whether they could do anything for me – but they were more convinced than I was and were raring to go.
I left everything to them and they really put me through the grinder. My only stipulation was that they educate me as we go along. In that short space of time I pushed harder than I thought possible and I gained a better understanding of training and nutrition from a team who had proven experience.
The results were nothing short of astonishing. I cannot recall when I had last been that lean, especially with some muscle to show for it. Since then if I wanted to pursue a fitness goal and needed some help, RNT is my go to. Nothing beats working with a team that truly lives and breathes this stuff.
They supported me both when I had an ankle injury and most recently when my wife and I decided to challenge each other to train for a photoshoot.
My aim is to add lean muscle while remaining healthy in the long term by embedding good habits. A sure fire way has been to set challenging goals and getting the right support to achieve them.
RNT sets the bar higher each time we have worked together. The knowledge and support throughout has been top notch and the results have been beyond my expectations.
