Hey there, my name is Brian. I am a 41 year old, married and father of three. Busy at work during the day in a normal world, busy with the kids at night. So, the better part of the last 10 years I have been kind of stuck in this rut of bouncing from DVD workout to DVD workout without any clear focus or direction. All that changed in the fall when I read an RNT article about a busy executive who had gone through a very impressive transformation. It was enough to get me to sign up for RNT’s January intake.
Working with RNT has been amazing, thanks to the help and guidance, I’m down about 30 pounds a little over 12 kilos despite having to take five weeks off for back surgery for a herniated disk, thinking that I was still 21 instead of 41. But I’ve been very pleased with the process thus far. For me the motivation has never been an issue. What’s been the issue has probably been the dieting. I also did not realize just how little I moved during the day. On an average I was probably only getting in a couple thousand steps a day.
So it’s been really eye opening to see the diet and have that customized for me as well as really getting in as many steps over the last several weeks. Process has not been difficult. But what’s really driven me I think is the accountability. Knowing that I’m going to be taking photographs and sending them every week has helped drive me to make sure that I’m working out as hard as I can each and every day. Again, the process has been great. Looking forward to getting out of the fat loss phase and moving on to consolidation and then moving on from there in the future. So it’s been great thus far and I’m looking forward to the months ahead.
